LittleFluff Terms and Conditions

General

 

-          Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘customer’ means you the customer. ‘I’, ‘we’ or collective Little Fluff means the company Little Fluff.

-          All website content is the property of Little Fluff, it may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without prior written consent. The name Little Fluff, logo and written or photographic content must not be used in conjunction with any other products or services unless prior written consent has been given. Proof may be requested at any time if content is used by any other persons than Little Fluff.

-          Some photographs have been used with the consent of the suppliers, in this case any photographs that are requested to be used outside of Little Fluff require both written consent from Little Fluff and the relevant supplier.

-          All content is copyrighted by Little Fluff, information can be downloaded for single personal viewing only and cannot be altered or distributed in any way.

-          Customers must be aged over 18 to use our website. Any person under 18 wanting to purchase a product must get their parent or guardian to set up an account and purchase for them. By accepting these terms and conditions you are certifying that you are over 18 on this date.

-          Any information on this site is given as guidance only. We do not accept responsibility or liability arising from any information that contains errors or omissions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product they are purchasing is appropriate for the job they require and that they select the appropriate size or quantity of product for their breed of dog. Some information is from third parties and Little Fluff is not responsible for the information in this content. 

-          Any analysis, ingredients list or feeding guidelines are guidelines only and it is down to the customer to research exact requirements for their dog and breed. Customers must always read full instructions and product packaging of any product purchased ensuring it is appropriate for their pet prior to it being given to their pet.

 

Account

 

-          The account details are kept safely on a secure server, your account details such as username and password must be kept confidential by you, and any unauthorised access and purchases on your account arising from negligence by the customer is therefore your responsibility. Any computers where passwords are saved should be kept securely locked to prevent use of the account.

-          Customer details should be maintained and kept up to date. Addresses and contact details can easily be updated in the ‘my account’ section of the website.

-          We may suspend or cancel any account at any time without notice if any of these terms and conditions is breached.

-          Customers can cancel their account by notifying us in writing (letter or e-mail) in doing so they agree to no longer use their account or the site.

 

Promotions and Limitations

 

-          Promotions, vouchers or competitions may be offered on a limited availability with closing dates clearly stated. Once the closing date has passed these offers will no longer be valid and will not be honoured by Little Fluff.

-          Some offers will not be redeemable against items that are already on a separate offer, this will be stated in the offer details.

-           This site or content may not be used for libellious, threatening, obscene or harmful material.

-          Any e-mail addresses provided should not be sent unsolicited mail they are strictly there for product related contact queries.

-          No material on Little Fluff should be sent, distributed or reproduced under copyright laws.

 

Orders

 

-          All pending orders must be accepted by us before a contract us formed. We may refuse any order for any reason and are not obliged to sell, any money taken in these circumstances will be fully refunded and the order cancelled.

-          All orders placed that have gone through the payment gateway will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail please contact us to make sure that the order has gone through. Upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail please ensure that all the order and delivery details are correct and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

-          All orders are processed through our online payment gateway, you will be notified if there are any problems with your payment and the order will not be completed if your card is declined for any reason. We will not be given reasons why a card is declined and you would need to contact your card provider for more details.

-          Any vouchers or offer codes used at the time will be verified by us upon receiving your order to ensure they adhere to the terms and conditions, if they do not meet the criteria you will be informed of the action to be taken and to gain your consent.

-          Any special offer items returned for a refund will be refunded at the purchase price not at the full value.

-          Prices shown on the site include any charges only delivery will be added on at the checkout and are in GBP (Great British Pounds).

-          In case of obvious errors in price we reserve the right to cancel any order placed due to an inaccurate price and full refund will be given.

-          Prices are subject to change at any time and without any warning. Orders placed prior to a price change will be honoured.

-          Any additional costs associated with a product are clearly displayed. Delivery charges are explained in the delivery section, by clicking the confirmation button on the checkout page you are accepting the complete price and this should be checked prior to continuing with your order.

-          If any pricing errors are found after you have placed your order you will be contacted by us to advise of any changes and you will be given a choice of full refund or accepting the revised price.

 

Refunds and Returns

 

-          You may cancel any contract with us within 7 working days starting from the day you receive the order. A full refund will be given less the initial delivery charge, and any products returned must be done so at the customer’s expense.

-          Goods should be returned to us in 7 working days of delivery in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of any goods in our possession, if they are lost in return transit or damaged we may be liable to compensation. We therefore recommend that you send any returns using a registered courier or royal mail signed for and with a signature required.

-          Refunds will be given within 30 days and will be refunded onto the card that was originally used to purchase the products. Refunds will be for the full product purchase price, no delivery charges will be refunded unless an item has been sent incorrectly on our part.

-          Any items returned after the 7 working day cooling off period will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

-          All return delivery costs are at the customer’s expense.

-          If an item is defective it will need to be returned to our supplier for an inspection and accordingly either a refund or a replacement will be issued.

-          Refunds or exchanges will not be given on any specially ordered or tailor made items such as personalised items, or to any pet food that has been opened.

 

Liability

 

-          We are not responsible for any kind of loss either direct or indirect resulting from purchasing our products or website content.

-          By signing up for our newsletter you are agreeing to be contacted by us with newsletters, updates and special offers. These can be cancelled at any time by un-checking the box in ‘your account’ section or by e-mailing us.

-          By using the website you agree to be contacted by us electronically this includes us sending you updated information about the site or your account.

Data Protection

 

-          Any information provided to us by you will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to or sold to any third parties or used without your prior consent.

-          Only people who have agreed to be contacted for newsletters will be sent updates and offers by e-mail.

-          E-mails will otherwise only be sent in connection with any orders placed.

-          Your card details are not disclosed to us as they are processed directly through the payment gateway therefore we do not hold any card details. Any orders placed over the phone will have the payment processed whilst on the phone to avoid having to record card details.
